Solera is the first community in the new Downtown Mina district on Raha Island, Mina Al Arab – 451 units (studios, 1- to 3-bedroom apartments and penthouses) in three buildings sharing a podium. It launched in June 2025 from AED 768,000; in June 2026 the developer released another building with studios from AED 779,000, which is selling quickly.
