Imtiaz Developments unveiled RAW District right next to a metro station in Jebel Ali. The mix of location, direct metro access, pricing and a quality developer paid off immediately – phase one sold out on launch day, worth roughly AED 2 billion.
Phase two, RAW District II (about AED 1.5 billion), launched in July 2026 with studios from roughly AED 666,000 and also sold out on launch day. Units are now available only on the secondary market – we're happy to check current resale offers for you.
The project comprises four interconnected buildings around a public courtyard, linked by sky bridges, with serviced apartments, wellness, co-working and dining. Amenities include a family pool, padel court, outdoor cinema and gardens.
