RAK Properties is selling part of its rental portfolio in Mina Al Arab – units built roughly between 2011 and 2021. You buy directly from the developer, with no construction wait and no reseller fees.
The offer is an interesting mix: older units, e.g. in the 2011 Lagoons Building or villas in Flamingo, that make sense as refurbishment projects, as well as newer apartments in Gateway Residences (Gateway I completed 2020, Gateway II late 2024) built to today's new-build standard. Gateway offers 1–2-bedroom apartments with large balconies over the lagoon, close to the InterContinental and Anantara resorts and the beach.
With Wynn Al Marjan Island opening in 2027, demand for accommodation is expected to rise sharply, while ready units are scarce. Financing can be arranged via a Czech mortgage, RAK Bank, or a combination of both.
