Miorah is a Zoya Developments project in Dubai South – 2 minutes from Lulu Dubai South, 10 minutes from Expo City and 15 minutes from the new Al Maktoum Airport (DWC). The building offers 60 fully furnished units: 28 studios and 32 two-bedroom apartments.
This is not a pre-launch project – construction is under way, with completion scheduled for Q2 2027. Studios launched at about AED 640,000 and 2-bedroom apartments from AED 1.1M, with payments spread until month 36.
Studios in Dubai South sell very fast and the standard inventory is currently sold out. Thanks to direct contact with the developer's management, we can check the availability of individual units and bespoke terms.
