Sobha Siniya Island is a large master community by premium developer Sobha, nicknamed 'the Maldives of the Emirates'. Coastline Beach Residences comprises four beachfront towers with 1- to 3-bedroom apartments and duplexes overlooking the sea and lagoon. The island will have a yacht club and an 18-hole golf course; Al Marjan Island is 10 minutes and Dubai 50 minutes by car.
Two-bedroom beachfront apartments are sold out and only units from cancelled bookings come back to market. Sobha re-offers them at the original prices – for comparison, cancellation units from the latest launch go for around AED 1.45M.
